ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 196 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022 pending on the file of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance by the trial Court and thereby no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
