ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in E.A.No.79 of 2017 in E.P.No.19 of 2015 in O.S.No.23 of 2005 dated 28.08.2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that possession of the property was already taken and on that basis, executing proceeding was terminated and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
