This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to secure and produce the body or person of the petitioners husband namely Thangavel S/o.Pitchaigounder, aged about years i.e., the detenue who may be in the illegal custody of somebody else at the behest of the respondents 3 to 4 and produce before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty

3. Considering the above facts, the second respondent is directed to register the complaint if any cognizable offence is made out on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and proceed with the enquiry.
