PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order made in I.A.Nos.757 & 758 of 2011 in O.S.No.2 of 2009 by the SubCourt, Palani dated 09.03.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Venkatesh (in both CRPs.) For Respondents : Mr.M.P.Senthil (in both CRPs.) COMMON ORDER It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the similar applications filed by the seventh defendant in I.A.Nos.558 & 559 of 2011 were ordered and the same has not been challenged.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection for allowing these revisions. 3.In view of the above, the civil revision petitions filed by the petitioner/sixth defendant questioning dismissal of his applications, which are similar to the applications filed by the seventh defendant, are allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
