2.The petitioner is the father of the detenue. The detenue is a minor girl. The detenue was missing since 22.09.2024. That led to the filing of this habeas corpus petition.

3.The second respondent has since traced the missing girl. She has been produced before us. She informed that she is willing to go with her parents.

4.Recording the stand of the detenue, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
