PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner under the guise of enquiry without following any due process of law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner under the guise of enquiry without following any due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that one Sharmilin Sheeja gave a complaint stating that this petitioner promised her to arrange job in abroad and received Rs.5,20,000/-, thereafter, refused to either return the money or arrange the job in abroad. Summon was issued to both parties. Even though summon was issued to the complainant, she did not appear. Because of non co-operation on the side of the complainant, the above said enquiry was closed on 12.02.2022. Without knowing the closure of the above said enquiry, this petition has been filed without any basis.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
