ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to provide adequate protection to the Petitioner and her family members to put up compound wall around the survey No. 356/27 to the extent of 13 cents (0.05.36 Ares)

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has sought for police protection.

3. In view of the same, the Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to provide protection to the officials of the Survey Department while surveying the property in dispute and measure the property.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
