Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellant submitted that the respondent has paid the entire sum of Rs.50,000/- which has also been received by the prosecution and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. The appellant is directed to de-seal the premises in question forthwith. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
