ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to expedite the enquiry on the petitioner's application, dated 07.02.2019, by fixing a time frame.

2.Aggrieved over the transfer of patta from the name of the petitioner to the third respondent, the petitioner raised a dispute before the first respondent. The first respondent forwarded the same to the second respondent/Tahsildar and it is pending enquiry. Aggrieved over the delay in conducting enquiry, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
