The father of the detenu has filed this petition seeking for the production of his daughter, who is said to be missing from 03.11.2022. 2.Heard Mr.C.Senthil Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a woman missing FIR was registered by the second respondent in Crime No.366 of 2022. In the course of investigation, both the detenu as well as the petitioner appeared before the police station. The detenu, who is aged about 19 years, made it clear that she is not willing to go along with her father. The said fact was also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The
detenu is now said to be stayin in Janani Hostel, No.34, MBS, Agrakaram, Kulithalai, Karur District.
