Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.p.c To direct the Learned Special Judge for PCR Cases,Srivilliputtur,Virudhunagar District to consider the Petitioner bail application on the day of her surrender in Cr.No.320 of 2023 pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.Arumugam Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to direct the Special Judge for PCR Cases, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District to accept the petitioner's surrender in Crime No.320 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent without insisting for the presence of the petitioner.

2. Already direction was issued to the above said Court to consider the petitioner's bail application by the order dated 19.09.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16636 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to surrender before the above said Court as per the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16636 of 2023. 2/4

4. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16636 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
