ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the Crime no.363/2023 from the second respondent police station to some other police station or any investigating officer or to some other impartial investigation agency based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the same was closed as mistake of fact.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be 2/4

passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 20.04.2026 apd To The Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District.
