ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed by the defendants 1 & 5 to set aside the order dated 17.06.2017 made in I.A.No.17 of 2017 in O.S.No.202 of 2003 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti.

2.Considering the fact that the documents, which are now sought to be marked, are all Court documents and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to the same is being marked as evidence without putting D.W.2 into box, a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti to mark the document that has been received from the learned Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli and dispose of the suit within a period of two months, thereafter.

3.With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
