ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Special judge under TNPID ACT (F.Es) act 1997,Madurai to expeditiously complete the trail and dispose of CC.No. 9 of 2014.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Special judge under TNPID ACT (F.Es) act 1997,Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No. 9 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
