PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the Respondents for the willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order in W.P(MD)No.10932 of 2024, dated 30.04.2024 for committing the act of contempt of Court.

O R D E R

This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 30.04.2024 in W.P(MD)No.10932 of 2024.

2. Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that against the order of learned Single Judge, they filed writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.826 of 2025. The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 granted interim stay of the learned Single Judge while issuing notice to the respondents therein.

3. In view of the same, at present, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
