This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 17.04.2024 in W.P(MD)No.9421 of 2024.

2. Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that against the order of learned Single Judge, they filed writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.641 of 2025. The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.03.2025 granted interim stay of the learned Single Judge while issuing notice to the respondents therein.

3. In view of the same, at present, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
