Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BANUMATHY A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Considering the gravity of the crime and the materials available, this Court is of the view that suspending the sentence may not be appropriate, however, the main appeal itself be taken for final disposal out of turn.
