Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that since the main suit in O.S.No.139 of 2012 itself has been disposed of by the trial Court, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
