This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2022 and to dispose the second respondent enquiry notice proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/pa.me.mu.No:136/2022, dated 01.09.2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that already the petitioner's representation has been considered and order has also been passed on 14.11.2022 and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 2/4
