ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that the petition mentioned survey number has been classified as "Kulakkal Oorani" (water body). It is also stated that there are as many as 5 encroachers.

2.We direct the second respondent to issue notices to all the encroachers. By adhering to due process of law, encroachments shall be removed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
