ORDER

This Petition has been filed to withdraw D.O.P.No.523 of 2022, on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur at Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioner/wife has stated that she is depending on her parents for her day-to-day expenses and that distance between Srivilliputhur and Coimbatore is more than 500 Kilometers to and fro and that the respondent/husband is also threatening the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent refuted the allegations levelled against the respondent/husband.

4. I have considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

5. Considering the nature of allegations that have been levelled against the respondent, I am inclined to allow this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, by directing transfer of D.O.P.No.523 of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur at Virudhunagar District.

6. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. NCC : Yes/No 05.04.2023 Index : Yes/No (2/2) Internet : Yes/No smn2 2/4
