ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14225 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023 has not been complied with, has filed this Contempt Petition in Cont.P.(MD)No. 2010 of 2023.

2. By referring the proceedings dated 22.08.2023, it was represented before this Court that the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2023 has been considered and the order of this Court dated 19.06.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.14225 of 2023 has been complied with. Based on the said representation, the Contempt Petition was closed, by order dated 13.10.2023.

3. Thereafter, the petitioner, with a grievance that the proceedings dated 22.08.2023 has not been passed based on his representation dated 22.03.2023, filed an application in Sub Application (MD)No.336 of 2023 to re-open the contempt petition. 2/4

This Court, by order dated 02.02.2024, allowed the said application. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is re-opened for consideration.

4. A perusal of the proceedings dated 22.08.2023 discloses that there is no reference about the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2023. It shows that the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2023 has not been considered sofar.

5. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2023 and pass fresh orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
