This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 03.07.2017 in I.A.No.667 of 2016 in O.S.No.1559 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.1559 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif
Court, Tiruchirappalli was transferred to the II Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli and it was newly numbered as O.S.No.969 of 2017 and the same was dismissed on 21.02.2022.
3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
