Respondent/ Petitioner/Plaintiff Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.28 of 2017 in O.S.No.132 of 2010,on the file of the District Munsif Court at Thiruvaiyaru,dated 14.03.2017. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 22.07.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif Court at Thiruvaiyaru, vide the letter in D.No.641/2023 dated 09.11.2023,this Court made the following order:

"C.R.P(MD)No.1973 of 2017 was disposed of on 22.07.2022 with a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit within the period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru, has sent a letter dated 09.11.2023 to the Registry seeking further time of six months to dispose of the suit. The Registry placed the said letter before the Court along with its note.

3. On a perusal of the same, it appears that a copy of the order of this Court was received by the trial court on 03.01.2023 and time stipulated by this Court expired on 03.08.2023.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 09.11.2023 of the learned District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru, this Court is of the opinion that it is appropriate and reasonable to extend the time for further six months to dispose of the suit.

5. Accordingly, time stipulated in the order dated 22.07.2022 is extended for a period of further six months from today to dispose of the suit." Sd/- Assistant Registrar(C.O) // True Copy // /12/2023 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS ) CM 2/3
