This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's wife namely " Sharmila" aged about 24 years before this Court to set at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in Crime No.229 of 2019 and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner's wife appeared before the enquiry officer and gave a statement that she is willing to go along with her parents.
