This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first Respondent to dispose the Appeal in Appeal No. m3-1367-2024. 2.The petitioner has preferred an appeal under the Tamilnadu Patta Pass Book Act before the Revenue Divisional Officer and the same was taken on file as Appeal No.m3-1367-2024. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner the appeal was filed by the petitioner on 31.10.2023 and the same was taken on file in the month of January, 2024. However, there is no progress so far.
3.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submits that based on the petitioner's appeal, an enquiry has been conducted. However, the enquiry is yet to be completed. He further submits that the enquiry would be completed within a period of eight weeks.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to conclude the enquiry in Appeal No.m3-1367-2024, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
