Side) O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondent in accordance with law for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.3921 of 2022 dated 11.02.2022.

2.By the order dated 11.02.2022 the respondent was directed to file the final report after completing the investigation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.It appears that even though the order was passed on 11.02.2022 and the copy was also received by the respondent on 20.09.2022, investigation was completed and final report was made ready only on 10.01.2024. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that due to the transfer of the Investigation Officer in this Case, it could not be filed before the concerned Court.

4.Let the final report be presented before the concerned Court immediately. The concerned Court shall take cognizance of the same immediately as per the procedure stipulated by Rules.
