Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the 2nd respondent, by proceedings dated 25.09.2024, has issued no objection certificate. A copy of which has also been produced before this Court. 2.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is for the petitioners to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
