This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the petition through Na.Ka.No.3262/2021/C, dated 13.05.2022, under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that it is only an enquiry notice issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur Revenue Division, Madurai District in Na.Ka.No.3262/2021/C, dated 13.05.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before him on 27.05.2022 at 3.00 p.m. along with original documents. But the petitioner was not appeared for enquiry. However, the enquiry will be completed within a period of four weeks and the report will be submitted before this Court.
3. Heard Mr.R.Santhanam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
