This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to Direct the learned 1st Additional District Court (PCR Cases), Trichy to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners on the same day of its filling on their surrendering in connection with the case in Crime No. 58 of 2022. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.T. Gopinath, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R. Sureshkumar, Government Advocate (Criminal Side), for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16478 of 2022 had been filed to direct the I Additional District Court (PCR Cases), Trichy District to consider the bail application to be filed by the Petitioner on the same day of its filing on his surrendering in connection with the case in Crime No.58 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.14044 of 2022 2.Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16478 of 2022 was disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 30.09.2022, granting two weeks time to the Petitioner to surrender before the I Additional District Court (PCR Cases), Trichy District from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. After grant of the order, the Petitioner suffered from virus fever. Therefore, he was unable to surrender before the I Additional District Court (PCR Cases), Trichy District, within the time specified in the order dated 30.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16478 of 2022. Therefore, Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14044 of 2022 is filed to extend the time limit of the Petitioner to surrender before the I Additional District Court (PCR Cases), Trichy District.

3.Considering the explanation offered by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is allowed, granting two weeks further time to the Petitioner from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16478 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022.
