ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Women Head Constable challenging an order of suspension on the ground that without issuing a charge memo, the suspension order is extended beyond a period of three months.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of the Court that the order of suspension has been recalled by the Director General of Police, by proceedings, dated 21.09.2023. The said order is recorded. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
