ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruchengodu, to be transferred to Subordinate Court, Theni.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife, due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner is residing along with her parents at Theni and she finds it difficult to attend every hearing at Thiruchengodu.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submits that he faced some threat at Theni due to the local influence of the petitioner/wife.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruchengodu, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Dindigul.

5. With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent as stated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 21.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk To 1.The Subordintae Judge, Thiruchengodu.
