ORDER

When the matter was listed earlier on several occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Despite there was no representation for the petitioners and the Counsel, whose name is printed in the cause list, never informed the Court about any difficulty, this Court has shown some indulgence. On 22.07.2020, Office was directed to print the name of Mr.Pradeep, as somebody informed the Court that the learned Counsels, whose names were printed in the cause for the petitioners, are having the bundle. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned and today the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Despite the matter is being listed under the caption "for dismissal", as per earlier order of this Court, dated 29.07.2020, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this petition for non https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)No.2077 of 2017 prosecution. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non persecution. No costs.
