O R D E R

This civil revision petition is arising out of the order passed in I.A.No.1097 of 2014 in O.S.No.1028 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, which was filed seeking the relief of temporary injunction and that petition was dismissed. Against which, the aggrieved party filed a civil miscellaneous appeal before the appellate court. That civil miscellaneous appeal was dismissed the appellate court, by confirming the order passed in I.A. Challenging the said order passed by the appellate court in C.M.A.No.4/2015, the petitioner has filed the present revision before this Court.

petitioner and respondent that the main suit itself is dismissed for default. Therefore, as on date, the main suit itself is not on file. Hence, nothing survives in this civil revision petition. 3.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
