Mr.S.Vidhya Sagar, learned Counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunaithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner dateed 21.08.2024 seeking to restore the Government property has not been considered.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 21.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity to any other 2/4

interested parties with regard to the subject property within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
