ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.09.2024 within time frame as fixed by this Court. 2/4

2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the respondent police has forged the signature of the petitioner in the RCS notice; that they have produced the statement of parties, who was in abroad at that time and that the complaint of the petitioner is now pending before the fourth respondent.

3. Recording the same, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with regard to the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.09.2024 and pass orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
