Landlady PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 as amended by Act 1 of 1980, to call for the records and to set aside the fair and executable order dated 06.11.2015 passed in R.C.A.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Judge cum Rent Control Appellate Authority of Ramanathapuram confirming the fair and executable order dated 25.10.2013 passed in R.C.O.P.No.22 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif cum Rent Controller of Ramanathapuram and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

It is informed that the sole petitioner had passed away on 17.12.2020 and to date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner. 2.In these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
