ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif (FAC), Valliyoor, vide D.No.A1/14289/2021 dated 23/11/2021 this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Additional District Munsif (FAC), Valliyoor, seeking extension of three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2007.
