When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the 2nd respondent has sent a communication vide its proceedings in Ka.No. 06/2023/A1, dated 10.11.2023, wherein it is stated that they have stopped the proposed construction. She has produced the said communication sent by the 2nd respondent dated 10.11.2023.

2. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
