PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st Respondent to directing the 3rd Respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and thus render justice.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to direct the 3rd Respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both parties have appeared gave statement to the effect that they will workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. In view of the above said statement, the complaint was closed. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 2/4
