Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to survey the land in Survey No. 604/1A1 now subdivided the survey No. 604/1A1B, situated at Elanchi Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District and consequently direct the 3rd Respondents to give police protection during survey conducted by the Respondents 1 and 2 on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2021 and 09.11.2022 within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to survey the land in Survey No. 604/1A1 now subdivided the survey No. 604/1A1B, situated at Elanchi Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District and consequently direct the 3rd Respondents to give police protection during survey conducted by the Respondents 1 and 2 on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2021 and 09.11.2022 within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the Petitioner has sought for police protection.

3. In view of the same, the third Respondent is directed to provide police protection to the officials of Survey and Revenue Department to visit the property to survey the land. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
