Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 18.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3313 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.233 of 2024.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
