This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in E.P No.153 of 2012 in O.S.No.266 of 1994, dated 07.04.2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that during the pendency of the revision petition, on 07.06.2016 in the Execution Proceedings in E.P No.153 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli, delivery was ordered and hence, the matter has become infructuous. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Recording the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
