O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.317 of 2017 in O.S.No.160 of 2014, dated 17.07.2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, dismissing the petition filed under Order 26 Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.01.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 08.02.2024. On 08.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 22.02.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,22.02.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 22.02.2024 das 2/4
