ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 26.07.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif,Additional District Munsif (FAC) Thoothukudi vide letter in D.No.290, dated 02.05.2023, which was forwarded by The Sessions Judge,Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thoothukudi, Vacation Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, vide Letter dt 22.05.2023 this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.20 of 2013. 2.The learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Thoothukudi District, sent a letter dated 22.05.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S.No.
20 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.07.2022. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in O.S.No.20 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
