ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint vide No.200/ACP/CCB/TRY/2023, dated 31.08.2023 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper and that though the petitioner was directed to produce the document, he has not turned up subsequently.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
