The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed by the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, dated 08.11.2017 returning the unnumbered O.S.No.... of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam and to direct the learned District Munsif to number the plaint.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.12.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 09.01.2024. On 09.01.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 05.02.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,05.02.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
