ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.10.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that a case in Crime No.220 of 2024 has been registered against the petitioner.

3. In view thereof, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be countenanced. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
