The writ petition is filed to quash the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, issued under Section 145(1) of Cr.P.C., in view of the registration of complaint in Crime No.222/18, 157/19, 218/19, 158/19 on the file of the Thenkarai Police Station in connection with drawing water for irrigation by two families.

W.P (MD) No. 24643 of 2019 the petitioner's family are drawing water for the first four days of the week and the members of the respondents 4 to 6 family are drawing water in the later three days of the week and they are now peacefully cultivating the lands. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
