Mr.Mahaboob Athiff, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 13.03.2024 has not been considered.

3.The learned Counsel for the respondents would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 13.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
